At Klepperstee, you can camp the way it was meant to be: relaxed, natural, and above all, child-friendly. From small tents to compact caravans, our camping spots are nestled among wildflowers and within walking distance of all amenities. Let the children play in our adventurous outdoor and indoor playgrounds, take a dive in the natural swimming pond together, or end the day with a cozy dinner in our pleasant bistro. And the beach? It is one kilometer away—ideal for sandcastles, kite flying, or a refreshing dip in the North Sea.

At Klepperstee, we consciously opt for a pure camping experience. That means really being offline for a while, time for each other, and plenty of space for children to explore and play. No cars near the tent and a lively atmosphere where you and your family will feel at home instantly.

De Klepperstee has been a lively family business right behind the dunes of Ouddorp aan Zee for over fifty years. A vacation park of over thirty hectares in a natural area with camping spots for tents, caravans, campers and pop-up campers, and a bungalow and camper park. You'll find special facilities at De Klepperstee, such as the natural swimming pond and atmospheric bistro with indoor playground.  The enthusiastic entertainment team provides an active program at the camping and the Strandplein Ouddorp Duin almost every day. At a distance of just 900 meters, you will find the wide dunes, sand beaches, vast polders and natural areas with plenty of opportunities for cyclists and hikers. The Brouwersdam and the Grevelingenmeer are the hotspots for (kite) surfing, swimming, diving, fishing, sailing, blo karting, and power kiting.

    Compact and family-oriented

    Our camping spots are deliberately small-scale and not suitable for large camping equipment. Party tents or similar structures are prohibited. This way, we maintain an orderly setting in which children can play freely.

    Car-free and safe

    Camping without cars on the field means more tranquility, nature, and safety. It goes without saying you can load and unload your car when you arrive, but it should be parked elsewhere afterwards.

    Fitting spot

    We offer several sites for tents, trailer tents, and RVs. When booking, pay close attention to the description: some sites are ideal for a tent, others especially for RVs. Side tents are not allowed at RV sites.
