Outside of the reception's opening hours you will get an answering machine with a reference to the emergency number (24/7) of our Technical Service.  

The gate at the park's entrance works based on license plate recognition. Only pre-registered license plates in combination with a reservation will be granted access. Entering the park by car is possible until 11:00 p.m. Leaving the park by car is possible 24/7. 

Reports and outages are processed by reception and/or the technical service between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. For non-urgent questions or comments, we kindly ask you to send and email to info@klepperstee.com, calling or visiting reception during opening hours. Outside of reception's opening hours, you will reach the answering machine with a reference to the emergency number of the Technical Service (available 24/7). 

Emergency
We will come to you in case of an immediate emergency. We consider something an emergency when an unsafe situation arises for a guest and/or the environment, when there is serious noise nuisance or when a disturbance makes a normal overnight stay completely impossible.

Cases of emergency 
In cases of emergency, please immediately call 112 for the fire department/ambulance/police. Provide the operator with clear instructions about your location at park Klepperstee. Always notify reception or one of our staff members. Our team will ensure proper guidance for the emergency services at the park.
