Summary of payment and cancellation conditions:

with a reservation 8 weeks or sooner
– 35 percent deposit
– the remaining amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival
with a reservation within 8 weeks
– full amount

If canceled 8 weeks or sooner
– 35% of the total amount of cancellation costs
Cancel within 8 weeks
– 100% of the total amount of cancellation costs

With payment of the annual invoice (for so–called annual place holder) one also agrees to the new and/or extension of the (annual) agreement. We work with dynamic pricing - rental prices change daily.} 

^{We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) parties and associations. Reservations of groups with guests under 25 may be refused, without giving any reason.  Business stays are not allowed. At the park, a night's rest is from 23:00 to 07:00.}
