when booking 8 weeks or earlier
- deposit of 35 percent
- the remaining amount no later than 8 weeks before arrival
when booking within 8 weeks
- full amount

Canceling 8 weeks or earlier
- 35% of total as cancellation fee
Canceling within 8 weeks
- 100% of total as cancellation fee

GOOD TO KNOW:

• We do not accept any form of (bachelor) parties and/or similar gatherings or associated (youth) groups and associations. Bookings by groups and/or parties with guests under 25 may be refused, without giving any reason. At the park, night's rest is from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Business stays are not allowed. Recreational stays only.
• We work with dynamic pricing—rental prices change daily. 
• Photos and floor plans on website are for illustration purposes: texts take precedence. 
• Only a preferential booking (at additional cost) through Klepperstee's own website guarantees selected spot or accommodation.
