Application form

If family or friends use your RV at De Magneet campground, you must register in advance. After confirmation from Klepperstee, you can access the park using your access code.   The code is not tied to a license plate number. For additional and temporary visitors, you can request a third visitor code. In high season, we can issue a total of ten visitor codes per week.

Conditions for application:

• A maximum of one code, per period of stay, per accommodation. 
• Commercial letting is expressly not allowed.
• A stay is free for family members (up to the second degree), however so-called lodging fees (€4 per person, per night) are payable for friends. 
• If improper use is found, the request will be disallowed. 
• Send requests at least 72 hours before the start and up to 15 days before the start.
• You will receive a confirmation at the email address provided within 96 hours. 

Good to know:

1. Entering and leaving the park (with a valid code) is possible 24/7.
2. Next to the barrier is a separate passage for e.g. bicycles, mobility scooters, and motorcycles.
3. The barrier installation is equipped with SOS access: this is a system where the barrier automatically opens for an ambulance.
4. The reception and Technical Service staff can open and close the barrier from a distance.
5. There is an intercom at the barrier. The intercom connects you to the reception (during opening hours!). The intercom is not intended for emergencies or other matters.
6. Many of our regular partners (such as installation company Meuleman) have been given access to the barrier.
