In June 2023, the new barrier system at The Magnet Campground was put into operation. As of now, an access code is required to enter and exit the site. Using the same code per accommodation, you can be in the park with two vehicles simultaneously.  The code is not linked to a license plate. For example, you can give the code to your son, daughter, or guest.

You can request a third visitor code for additional and temporary visitors . In peak season, we can issue a total of ten visitor codes per week.

Conditions:

  • One visitor code per accommodation at a time. 
  • Visitor codes can be requested for a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 7 days.
  • Requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours before arrival and a maximum of 15 days before arrival.
  • The visitor code will be sent to the email address provided within 72 hours. 
  • Upon discovery of improper use, the code will be revoked or the ability to request codes will be revoked.

Good to know:

  1. Entering and leaving the park (with a valid code) is possible 24/7.
  2. Next to the barrier is a separate passage for e.g. bicycles, mobility scooters, and motorcycles.
  3. The barrier installation is equipped with SOS access: this is a system where the barrier automatically opens for an ambulance.
  4. The reception and Technical Service staff can open and close the barrier from a distance.
  5. There is an intercom at the barrier. The intercom connects you to the reception (during opening hours!). The intercom is not intended for emergencies or other matters.
  6. Many of our regular partners (such as installation company Meuleman) have been given access to the barrier.
